ARIMA - "View of Harribia" Environment Illustration

This illustration is part of my personal project, ARIMA, inspired by the Basque Middle Ages and its folklore and beliefs, set in a fantasy world with references to the sea and ancient times.

It depicts the place where the main character lives: Harribia, a small coastal village inspired by the farming and fishing villages along the Basque coast. The illustration features various elements that reflect the locals' way of life: sleigh bells, fishing ropes hanging from trees and gravestones engraved with symbolic silhouettes.
